I was seconded to the Lloyd’s of London Disciplinary Department where I prepared and presented proceedings before the Lloyd’s Disciplinary Board. This experience gave me an insight into financial crime and fraud, and the process by which professional and disciplinary cases are investigated, prepared and prosecuted.

The cross-examination and presentational skills I have acquired in the criminal courts transfer easily into the disciplinary field.

I accept instructions relating to the regulation of business and professions, Courts Martial, and represent police officers before the Police Misconduct Hearing Panel.
